In Westmeath farm 77ac in Corbally near Mello was recently withdrawn from the auction received one bid of €400,000.

Located about 5 km from city farm is outlined in eight areas of grassland with a large field at the end, limiting the local lake, Loch Glare, is famous for its trout.

Holding comes with outbuildings which include two column hay barn with lean-to, corral and pump station.
