Senior executives from sprint, including softbank group Chairman and CEO Masayoshi Son, and Sprint CEO Claure will serve aboard the new enterprise. T-mobile USA Chairman of the Board Tim Höttges will become Chairman of the new Council.
It is unclear what this merger means for marketing Sprint and t-mobile. In CMD for the merged company announced in a press release the company stated that the remaining members of the new T-Mobile management team would be revealed after the transaction.
