FanDuel, a branch of paddy power for the Betfair signed a contract with Boyd gaming to operate in the US sports betting and online casino markets.

In accordance with the terms of the agreement, FanDuel will receive access to the market for sports books and online gaming products in several US States, and will provide Boyd gaming technology and services in the operation of Boyd gaming branded mobile and online sports betting and gaming services in those States.

The agreement will cover all States where Boyd gaming currently has a license to gamble, but Nevada.

As well as this, it will cover any States in which Boyd gaming is becoming a gaming license or market access in the future, including Boyd gaming recently announced an agreement on market access with MGM resorts.

FanDuel now has potential access to the 15 States of the USA.

As part of the agreement, Boyd gaming will take 4pcs of the shares of FanDuel and the option to purchase 1 PCs number.

Agreement on the resolution of the Supreme Court of the United States, which earlier this year overturned a Federal law that significantly limited sports betting has existed since 1992. The solution allows individual us States to pass their sports betting laws.

In July Dermot Smurfit the younger Gan announced that it is preparing to launch Internet betting in new Jersey for FanDuel.

The agreement with gan will allow FanDuel to integrate its solution sports betting platform Gan, which is already certified for online gaming in new Jersey.

FanDuel plans to launch a web site and mobile app offers online sports betting, that uses software Gan later this year.
