    After discussions between LacPatrick operation of dairies and chief Executive officer Gabriel D’arcy, it was agreed that Mr. D’arcy will depart LacPatrick.

After discussions between LacPatrick operation of dairies and chief Executive officer Gabriel D’arcy, it was agreed that Mr. D’arcy will depart LacPatrick.

It comes as Board LacPatrick the dairies and the dairies Lakeland have to continue exclusive negotiations on the merger of the two societies.

Chairman LacPatrick Dairies Andrew McConkie
said, “I would like to wish Gabriel and his wife and family
very best for their future.”

Gabriel D’arcy, who was the former managing Director of Bord Móna, and on a 20-year veteran Kerry said, “It was
the honor to serve LacPatrick and its shareholders. I would like
I thank the Chairman, the Board, management, employees and shareholders
for their support and assistance in transforming LacPatrick for
in the last four years.”

Separately, Dr Sean Brady was appointed
for LacPatrick the Dairy Council on a temporary basis by the acting head
operations.

Commenting on the appointment of Dr. Brady Andrew McConkie
he expressed confidence that the experience Sean will provide
LacPatrick Board and management with support and guidance
required at the moment.

McConkie said these
events do not affect current LacPatrick process involved.
