Today we were joined by Kilsunny pedigree herds for Instagram and we’ll delve into his farm in Tipperary.

Kilsunny pedigree Herds, cultivated family of Dudley, in the heart of co Tipperary, is a mixed farming enterprise 60 breeding dairy cows and breeding stock of beef cattle Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn cattle for a total of almost 100 breeding cows on the farm.


Nearly 200 head of cattle on farms of 150 acres in the heart of Colorado. In Tipperary Dovea, four miles outside the town of Thurles.

Edward Dudley, Kilsunny herd General Manager, is the third generation of his family on the farm; here his parents Trevor and Louise are still actively involved in the farm and the Dudley family have been farming at this site since 1949 with beef and dairy herds fully ancestry from the beginning of 1970-ies.

“We do not intend to expand our herd in the near future,” said Tipperary farmer. “We prefer to keep smaller flocks and do it right and keep the quality in our promotions,” said Edward.

Permanent participants at the summer show every year, herds have tasted great success in the show ring with many prizes and awards to its credit. This summer has been particularly successful for Kilsunny pedigree herds, taking home the national pedigree Hereford cattle at this year’s Tullamore show.


As his cattle effort, Edward freelance photographer, cattle and so naturally gravitated prices-centered nature of Instagram, who Kilsunny pedigree herds of the page after the accumulation of almost 30 thousand subscribers.
