Maighread Barron will do FarmIreland Instagram today we will talk about how she deals with the pressure on the farm.

“There was a time when I thought I was just getting away from it all,” says young, Waterford farmer.

The 24-year-old graduate of the dairy business said that she sometimes struggles with the pressure of cattle and was worrying lack of grass to feed their animals this summer. She feels that farmers need to talk more about the problems they are dealing with someone than alone fighting.

She says she wants all the animals on his farm to be more profitable and therefore serve its dairy herd in limousine and Hereford bulls and uses Hereford stock bull to clear by the end of the breeding season.
