This corresponds to the differential in yield of 1,500 euros on average, 80 cows, which supplied 50,000 liters of milk in July.

Mr. Quain noted that the Dutch dairy quotations have reached this week even higher levels on most categories, with oil fetching over €5,500/T after returning last month.

“Standard oil/SMP [skimmed milk] the mix-it is equivalent to 34.1 kg/l to be transferred back to producers,” he said.
