There was a big demand, but average prices down slightly in may 2017 mule and Greyface annual Premier sale in Cheboksary March last weekend.

The sale was extended to two days for the first time, with more than 3,000 head of ewe lambs and hoggets on offer.

Best prices on day €235 paid first-prize hogget, which came from the herd of John and Frank morahan is a British.

The second prize ewe lambs, pen of super agnets from the herd Maskview volume of Staunton, made the top price of €230/HD in the class of ewe lambs and second place in whole sale price.

The ewe lambs average €121/HD, which was €10 on sale in 2017, while the average for hoggets fell by €15/HD at €162/HD over 850 sold.

Was good to average €121/HD 1,820 ewe lambs sold most of the lots (1,550 lambs) selling from €100/HD and €150/HD.

Quality items typically sold from €150/HD €200/BG.

The second-highest prices were in the €225/HD received at the Woodview herd John morahan is a British hacking pen of ewe lambs.

Overall, the sheep trade lamb for sale this year was named as offering great value to buyers, with a yard 2,250 high quality mule ewe lambs on offer.

In hoggets met a good and steady trade, with buyers more selective on the quality and strength.

High quality lots sold from £ 180/HD €220/HD, with a much lighter hoggets selling from €140/HD €160/HD.
