As many as 403 commercial, investment, residential and development properties in conjunction with reference prices totaling 62M will be auctioned online, BidX1 on September 18 and 20. About a quarter of the lots will have commercial property and it may cost more than €22m. Six lots totaling more than 1 million euros.

The most valuable of them is a four-storey residential building known as block C, Emmet manor, Inchicore, Dublin 8, which has a €2.8 m Price guide. It consists of 32 apartments, 28 of which are rented and generate €291,772 in annual rent, which indicates a gross initial yield of 10.4 PC.

The other four apartments are vacant. While the two units generate rent of € 12,000 a year as many as 11 producing less than €10,000 suggesting that there is potential to bring rents in line with market level.
